With 157 arcades dating from the 16th - 18th centuries, Louhan's Grande Rue has the longest sequence of arcades in France. Louhans town invites you to stroll around. Don't miss the famous poultry and weekly market every Monday morning.
CHALON-SUR-SAÔNE (45 min)
Chalon-sur-Saône is the second largest town in Burgundy. This somewhat more urban town with half-timbered houses worth seeing invites you to go shopping in the pedestrian zone. Don't miss the Romanesque cathedral, whose construction work was completed in the 16th century.

TOURNUS (45 min)
Tournus has an impressive medieval town centre and Romanesque buildings. The abbey church of Saint-Philibert is located here. Tournus lies on the gently flowing Saône, in the area where it is navigable. If you open the door of house Number 12 on Place de Carnot, you will unexpectedly find yourself in front of the galleries in the Renaissance courtyard of the Hôtel de Sagy.

BEAUNE (60 min)
Beaune is the Burgundian wine town par excellence. A visit to the famous Hôtel-Dieux, also known as the Hospice, should be planned before a wine tasting.

DOLE (50 min)
Dole can be reached in around an hour. A visit to the 16th century collegiate church of Notre-Dame with its 75-metre-high tower and large organs will delight music lovers. The old town of Dole with its numerous alleyways stretches out around this church. Dole was the place where Louis Pasteur worked.
CHÂTEAU-CHALON ( 40 min)
This small village is located on the first Jura plateau north-east of Lons-le-Saunier and is considered one of the most beautiful villages in France.
